The K9 Coach Family
While all dogs are different and require a customized program to ensure optimal results, a typical 2 week board-and-train may look like:
Day 1 to Day 4
Training with food (marker training) to teach new behaviors and encourage good behaviors through positive reinforcement.
Day 5 to Day 9
Training on leash to proof out commands and further reinforce good behaviors.
Day 10 to Day 14
Master skills by transitioning communication to off leash and gain more reliability and freedom through proper use e-collar training.
All of our dogs (including our own) are trained from 8am to 10pm and spend the night in close interaction with our on-site trainer. We limit training to a few dogs at a time so that we are able to give them each individual attention and time that optimal training requires.

Founded in Hawaii in 2018 before expanding to the mainland, K9 Coach Miami is a locally owned and operated dog training business and is opening a new state-of-the-art 2,500 sqft indoor/outdoor facility September 2024!
